How you will learn

Learning and teaching

The learning experience of this certificate is organised into five clusters, allowing you to focus intensively on each topic before moving onto the next cluster.

These clusters include:

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, delivered over 12 months, offers two learning delivery options. Students can opt for face-to-face or online delivery, both of which require scheduled contact hours with your tutor and classmates in addition to self-paced learning.

The Fast-Track Intensive Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, delivered over 6 months, involves a combination of intensive face-to-face teaching workshops and online assessment support sessions.

Learning activities in both the 6 or 12 month course options include discussions, quizzes, peer presentations, small group work, online research tasks, simulations and creating workplace documents. These activities and the participant manual form a core component of the course and the relevant activities will need to be completed prior to the live session each week.
