Walgreens Passport Policy

To help you comply with United States Department of State specifications for passport photographs, your photograph will be scanned using pattern/pixel recognition software (the “Software”). The Software performs its analysis in local memory on the in-store computer kiosk. It aligns your photograph and determines whether it meets the federal government’s requirements for passport photographs (neutral expression, eyes open, etc.). The results of the face analysis do not leave the kiosk, are not shared with any other party except as set forth below, and are automatically and permanently deleted from the kiosk once you place your order at the kiosk or your session times out.
